Positioned on the western banks of the Nile River, at a distance of 12 kilometers from Aswan, New Aswan City encompasses an expansive area of 22,000 feddans and is envisioned to accommodate nearly 850,000 residents, as outlined by the New Urban Communities Authority.
Within this project, there is a dedicated Nile Corniche known as the Tourist Nile Promenade, which spans an impressive 1,050 acres.
