His initiative - “New Homes” – set the trend and standards for real estate brokerage in Egypt. With specific focus on team management and marketing activities, Khalid is currently spear heading the board in RED, aiming towards complete market domination

Impossible is nothing in Banany’s world who decided to shift from stock market to real estate. Armed with a BA of Economics and prolonged years of experience, he acted as Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker since 2004 then led ‘New Homes’ initiative since 2008. The success and outstanding results of both brands demonstrates his unique strategic insights and executive capabilities. Banany is a co-founded in RED and determined to utilize his know- how and strategic playbook to set RED as the go-to hub in real estate.

Boasting 20 years experience in corporate real estate, Abeer has an innate flair for delivering the finest service levels utilizing the most modern systems and technology. After obtaining her Bachelor degree of Business Administration with a major in Marketing, Abeer started her career in real estate in 2002, with the renowned company Coldwell Banker. She gained her expertise in the Middle East through developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company’s regional affiliates in Lebanon, Bahrain, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Abeer is leading RED customer service and operations, delivering our commitment to customer excellence and creating ecosystems with our partners and developers.

Amr is a no stranger to hard work, a true leader with with 35 years of experience in building and leading large teams, both locally and internationally. As a CEO and Country President in the Insurance Shark tank, he mastered operations, restructuring, human capital management, compliance, training and business development. He also had full P&L responsibility and led large sales teams of over 1,000 employees. Through his all rounded experience in 4 giants multinationals – GIG, ACE, Alico and AIG. Amr had his finger prints on numerous success stories.

His illustrious career includes pivotal roles at Damac and a groundbreaking tenure as the first VP of sales at Coldwell banker new homes, where he also excelled as a Branch Manager. His exceptional management skills and stellar sales track record are key assets that he now brings to RED. In his current role, he’s not just the VP of sales but also a vital partner, spearheading the RED collaboration, further demonstrating his unwavering commitment to driving growth and innovation in the real estate industry.
