A founder and a celebrated legend who started as a dedicated engineer. Khalid boasts a track-record of successes in the insurance field in two large multinationals, Alico and ACE, where he grow revenue & profit in multiple folds. He moved forward as a startup expert to developed the blueprint for Coldwell Banker in 2008. Then leading the company as CEO to achieve 50 Billion EGP in sales within 12 years. His initiative - “New Homes” – set the trend and standards for real estate brokerage in Egypt. With specific focus on team management and marketing activities, Khalid is currently spear heading the board in RED, aiming towards complete market domination

Our
History
RED was built on 20 years of extensive real estate expertise in Egypt’s dynamic and promising market, back in 2020, the same year the coronavirus pandemic shook the world. However, this circumstance played to its advantage; digital transformation and data-driven insights were top-of-mind for its founders and instilled within RED’s heart from the very beginning.

RED was quick to earn the market’s trust and continues to grow in record time. Now, RED offers its world-class real estate consultation services to more than 60 trusted real estate developers in Egypt, offering more than 180 projects across the nation!
In February 2021, RED integrated Zoho CRM and developed it so that it is tailored to our client’s needs.
In March 2021, we inaugurated our first real estate Expo, under the name “The Real Gate”, marking our official launch. It featured over 40 real estate developers offering projects across the country with exclusive discounts and deals.
In June 2021, we launched our first “RED EXPO - Summer Edition”, which has since become a unique and successful offering in the real estate expo arena, bringing together all real estate needs in a single location and on a single day.
In September 2021, “RED EXPO - Mega Edition” returned with a “Mega Event” that proved to be even more successful and effective than its predecessor. During this time, “RED EXPO” continued to rapidly accelerate its impact and success with each edition.
This includes the RED EXPO 2nd Mega Edition in February 2022 and the RED EXPO 2nd Summer Edition in June 2022. As for its 5th edition, RED witnessed its largest EXPO yet. Held in November 2022, the event hosted 200+ projects from Egypt’s leading real estate developers across 8 strategic locations: New Cairo, 6th of October, New Zayed, the Red Sea, Ain Sokhna, North Coast, New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal City.
One of RED’s proudest milestones was the innovative 'RED Collaboration.' Announced in February 2022, it kicked off a series of collaborations with real estate marketing companies in Egypt. Although it started with four companies—namely, ERA, Landbank, The Mediator, and Upstate—the RED collaboration has now grown to include 17 collaborators. Undeniably, its credibility and popularity surpass any other real estate marketing group in the Egyptian market today. Among our collaborators is RECAP, a top-notch real estate training academy.
RED continues to achieve remarkable milestones and growth in the real estate market. In 2023, we reached new heights by expanding RED Collaboration to 32 collaborators and successfully launching three editions of RED Expo, each hosted by over 35 prestigious developers.
RED also expanded its renowned RED Expo westward with a successful launch at Crowne Plaza Sheikh Zayed, showcasing real estate opportunities in the market.
In addition to the westward expansion, RED opened a new branch in Marakez District 5.
