A visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur with an exceptional track record spanning insurance, business development, and real estate brokerage.

Beginning his career as an engineer, Khalid built a strong foundation in business leadership at multinational organizations ALICO and ACE, where he successfully drove significant revenue and profitability growth.

In 2008, he played a pivotal role in establishing Coldwell Banker in Egypt, developing its business model and leading the company as CEO to achieve EGP 50 billion in sales over 12 years. His pioneering initiative, New Homes, helped redefine real estate brokerage practices and establish new industry standards in Egypt.

As the Chairman and CEO of RED, Khalid has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic vision, accelerating its growth, and building a culture of innovation, professionalism, and excellence.

Today, he continues to lead RED's evolution into KW RED, combining decades of local market expertise with the international strength of Keller Williams to advance a new era of technology-driven, collaborative, and client-focused real estate brokerage in Egypt.
