Job Qualifications:
- Ability to manage sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Plan and direct sales team training
Job Requirements:
- Proven organizational and planning ability
- Effective communication.
- Awareness of the real estate market in (destinations and updates)
- Strong leadership.
- Forecasting sales and creating reports.
- Creating sales plans and processes.
